Who is this for? People who are beginners, occasional, or regularly practice non-formal meditation and journaling.

Deadline to Register: 1 Min before the start of the class
How to Prepare? Please get into a comfortable position, e.g. dim lighting, candles, blankets, pillow, yoga mat, relaxing music, and have something to write on for the journaling exercise.
Privacy: You are welcome to turn your camera off during the meditation.
