Who is this for? People who are beginners, occasional, or regularly practice non-formal meditation and journaling. 

Cost: $15 CAD

Deadline to Register: 1 Min before the start of the class

How to Prepare? Please get into a comfortable position, e.g. dim lighting, candles, blankets, pillow, yoga mat, relaxing music, and have something to write on for the journaling exercise.

Privacy: You are welcome to turn your camera off during the meditation.

 Julian will co-lead the intro and share a bit about his own experience and techniques on how he uses meditation to amplify other areas in his life, including this fitness model.

1. Intro to nervous system regulation & techniques to breathing

2. Julian Ho will share how meditation has helped his fitness routine and mental resilience.

3. 12 mins of original guided meditation with focus on healing in a time of hustle

4. 5 mins of introducing reflective journaling techniques and benefits

5. 5 mins of reviewing options for reflective journaling questions connected to the theme of healing in a time of hustle. Participants get to choose which option they wish to choose to journal on.

6. 12 mins of silent reflective journaling time

7. Sharing & Closing remarks
